I am self-publishing an all ages book.simple cartoon style art,so need simple color (along the lines of early Elfquest color books,nothing fancy) the book is 25 pages.I will not b.s. you on the page-rate,it's-$15.00 a page,that is all I have in my budget.I will give more details to the artist who gets the gig.thanks
