Looking for comic artist (manga style prefer). Will be paid!

Why is it so hard to find a good artist?

I have a story that I've been working on, and characters designs all in place. I'm looking for someone who will bring them to life in the form of a manga style comic. B&W, must have experience with the style of work I'm requesting, because I would like to see samples of your art.

What I need:

I am looking for someone ready to work on this project, and ideally, someone who has at least some experience in webcomics. It's a vampire-like based theme with horror and gore. Male protagonist is suffering from a slight split-persona. Character designs are already created, so you will be drawing based upon my designs and script. Diverse cast, so the author needs to be good at drawing different races. I preferable want it to be manga styled, but towards realistic is perfect as well. Expressions are hugely important, anatomy of male important, body language, and perspective, deadlines and clarity are VERY important. Let me know your schedule (Sadly, I’ve already ran into this issue with somebody previously.)

I'm willing to pay $40 - $50 per page, based on experience and style. Once again, you will be responsible for B&W complete pages. If you have coloring skills as well that’s a plus, and I will of course pay more if I should ever request a color cover page.

I have experience in drawing, but lack perspective (which I hope you’re good at). I even have sample rough pages for the comic to help guide you on this journey with me. It will be a semi-partnership project, but mostly mine.
