Hi, my name is McKayla but i prefer to go by Charlie. I am a 16 year old who has just have recently decidded to start writing for a comic series since i can't draw very well desipite doing such for...8 years. It may be longterm. Since i don't have any wway to pay or know if i can pay i decided i should just look for a freelance artist to help me out? Anyone willing?

Ive discovered i have the wrongly interpreted freelance i dont have any money

actually freelance artist means artist for hire, not artist for free :P

You're going to need to pitch. What is your story about...characters...writing sample. If you can't provide these you have almost no chance. Also, Zwol is not the only place to look. Check in Smackjeeves, digital webbing, reddit, and other places. Also, focus on something short to start. Easier for you and easier for the artist, no one wants to or should draw 50 pages for the first outing.
