Dojo Kun Comics - Seeking Pin-up Artists (paid gig)

I've started my own company: Dojo Kun Comics. I am seeking pin-up artists to help design what will be the character reference pieces for the artists and eventually the artwork will appear in a compendium of sorts. My payment model is this: We talk about the character, you draw the character and provide the .jpg. We tweak it, if needed. Otherwise, you get paid and then you send the .tif file. No waiting for some indeterminate amount of time only to find out you'll never get paid. Not at my company! If I ask you to draw something, I already have the money and you'll be paid as soon as it's done and before you provide the final high-res version. Then, if I ask you to draw another, you'll be confident in being paid.
