Writer looking to collab on a small project for free.

I'm a writer looking to collab on a small project for free. Something around 25 pages give or take. I've done a few other collaborations with people, but no one ever finishes the artistic end of the project, so it's kind of frustrating. In the end I would like to have a completed project I can use to showcase my work, and' you'll have the same. I would prefer sci-fi, cyberpunk, or a scifi/fantasy mix, but I can do just about anything if there's an interesting hook to it.
