I am looking for an African-American female (ideal candidate) or female writer to write an 8 page backup story for a comic book project.
The project is about a superhuman female with some afrocentric & religious overtones. The character has vast superhuman strength, invulnerability and high intellect. She is an extremely powerful woman who is not only strong but smart, beautiful and a tenacious warrior.
Trying to develop a character that's a compilation of every real life, positive, black woman in the world today but with a superhero slant.
Writer should be able to parallel the character's self awareness and resulting power from a woman's point of view. Must bring intuition, strength, femininity, independence, bring goddess & bring no b.s. to the story as well.
If interested, send me a sample of your writing and a brief proposal on what your story would entail (no more than a paragraph).
*MAXIMUM PAY WOULD BE $500.00*

Perhaps you should pay the other artists first. You know, the several other artists that have done months of work for you and haven't been paid yet, before you go around trying to recruit other people.
The audacity you have. In more ways than one, it's angering.
In others, it's sad.
But in the end, when it all comes down on you, it's going to be funny.
I have to say I'm puzzled at how you thought you could get away with not paying the artists you hired and not have any kind of negative backlash from it. All of their hard work and not so much as $10.00 to them, yet here you are claiming you're going to pay out $500.00 to someone else.
You're a really funny guy. I feel sorry for the next guy. I really do. Especially if they are depending on that money you promise them to live on. I hope to God they have a "day job" and working for you would be something they would do for shits and giggles. Well, I'm off. Got to figure out how to pay the rent since you haven't paid out.

Yes, I made an account on facebook and requested him for a friend so I could post on his wall. I posted and he immediately removed it from his page and needless to say I was removed from his friends list. How upsetting. So I'll post here what I posted there in hopes of letting other people know what kind of person he is before it's too late for them. It started with a reply to him about how honored I was he accepted my friend request and he responded in turn how honored he was I wanted to be friends:Nerissa wrote:Perhaps you should pay the other artists first.
